nagpakasal na si mama ko. matagal na nilang pinaplano na magpakasal at sa wakas natuloy din. nung 16 sila nagpakasal. early birthday gift ng mama ko sa sarili nya. congrats ma!

habang kinikilatis ko yung singsing ni mama napansin nya yung singsing ko. (kasi sabi ko masmaganda yung singsing namin kaysa sa kanila.) syempre napatanong na naman si mama...

mama: ikaw rin?
ako: anong ako rin?
mama: kasal ka na din?
ako: ha?
mama: e ba't may singsing ka din?
ako: haha! nauna lang ma.
mama: ... (not convinced)
ako: di ko na kailangan maghanap ng singsing ma, asawa na lang.

extended ang celebration ng birthday/wedding ni mama. kahit na nagcelebrate na kami nung tuesday night na dumating sila sa bahay at kinabukasan (wednesday). di kasi nakauwi si apple nung mismong araw na birthday ni mama kaya mamayang gabi tuloy ang celebration. masmasarap ang celebration kasi may sisig na kasama! mahaba-habang celebration. :D

lumabas kami nila jae, frank, jem at lex kagabi. (nakakatamad mag hyperlink. :P) nagcelebrate din. ayus! alam ko na ngayon kung sino kakausapin ko kung hahanap ako ng kakampi. hehe. :P

...maging bum! nakakatamad na talga. ano nga bang ginagawa ko para di na ko bum? syempre nagsimula na akong maghanap ng trabaho. (sa wakas. :P) pero nakakalungkot lang kasi sa dinami-dami ng mga pinadalhan ko ng resume ko ni isa wala pa ni isang tumawag sa akin. bakit ayaw nila sa akin? :(

...maging duwag! sa sobrang pagka-bum ko iniisip ko na lang kumanta sa isang bar dun malapit sa amin. kaya nga lang nachichicken ako. nakaka-intimidate kasi yung mga kumakanta doon. sila kumpleto sa instrumento. ako, bukod sa mag-isa na nga, wala pang matinong gitara. (putol kasi ang number 1 na string. :( )

(sa kakakanta ko sa bahay nahawa na si mama. nagustuhan nya yung isa kong kinakanta. nagpadictate pa nga ng lyrics e. sinulat nya pa sa notebook nya. kodigo kumbaga. :P pinapagitara pa sa akin para magkantahan daw kami. hehe. :D )

i love the limiting factor of story telling via cell phone. in my phone i only have 960 characters, including spaces, to tell a coherent story. i send these stories to select (globe subscriber) people. (unlimited! woot!)

here's a sample of what i've written recently. read on. (don't worry this will be a short one. :P)

akalain mong sa dinami-dami ng lugar dito sa pilipinas at sa kapal ng tao ngayong weekend dito sa pagkalaki-laking mall na 'to, dito pa kita muling nakita. sa malayo pa lang alam ko na ikaw na yun. suot mo ang favorite mong blouse na bigay ko. mahaba na ang buhok mo pero may nakatikwas pa rin. bumalik na ang sigla sa mga pisngi mo. buti naman. ang dami ng bago sayo pero ganun pa rin ang nararamdaman ko.

daig pa ang isang eksena sa pelikula. paakyat ako sakay ng escalator. pababa ka naman. hirap ang escalator sa dami ng mga tao. mistulang slow mo tuloy ang mga pangyayari. napansin mo ako at bigla kang napatigil sayong pag kwento. sandali tayong nagkatitigan at nakita ko ang saya at lungkot sayong mga mata. iniwas mo ang yong tingin at ibinaling sa kamay mo. sa kamay mo na hawak nya.

sa puntong yun natapos ang eksena at muli kong naalala na wala ka na.
